Based on the new VDI 2047 sheet 2 and the resulting obligations for the operators, Cabero has developed the Legio Protection System together with Bavaria Electric.

This guideline applies to all operators of evaporative cooling systems that are sprinkling water and / or spray or in general where aerosol formation can occur. The only exceptions are humidifiers, which are an integral part of the air-conducting areas of an air-conditioning system within the scope of VDI 6022.

It was not only necessary to consider new plants in the development phase, but also to include existing plants in particular. The main focus was to enable a simple, efficient and cost-effective retrofitting possibility.

Due to its complexity, Legio Protect is generally only possible to install and use with Cabero systems.

Third-party products can also be retrofitted after consultation and clarification.
